Brunelleschi Construction's first project. We converted this old 4 family brownstone into a 4 unit condo building. We restored the exterior of the building to its original state, which included replacing the steps and reopening the original second floor entrance. The interior was outfitted with Italian kitchens, tumbled marble baths and a full appliance package including central heat and A/C through exposed spiral duct. Lastly, we added 200 sq foot decks to the rear of the building for private outdoor space.
