About Brunelleschi
Brunelleschi Construction is a premier urban developer of mixed-use and adaptive re-use properties, working within a neighborhood's existing fabric to create a vibrant community. We strive to develop the ideal product - socially, architecturally and environmentally. Where possible, we make every effort to build an environmentally friendly product. We accomplish this by utilizing the latest techniques and technology in building products such as high efficiency insulation, "low-e" windows, and high efficiency HVAC systems, all of which result in lower energy consumption.
The mainstay of our business is transforming underutilized buildings into dynamic residential properties. We are confident that by creating differentiated, high quality, and exciting housing within the urban core, that we can capture a share of the hearts and minds that appreciate the finer things in life. At the same time, we can have a meaningful impact redeveloping and preserving our most historic cities. We believe that preservation of our architectural heritage maintains a more interesting environment and is crucial to providing context to any area.
When working directly with clients as a General Contractor our core principals are honesty, realistic expectations and education. We understand that this is our business and your home, and for many of our clients this is their first time through this process. We take the responsibility of education and honesty very seriously, and are not afraid to tell our clients when we believe that their expectations are outside of what is possible. We believe that these three principals translate into successful projects and lasting relationships.
Brunelleschi Construction is on the cutting edge of architectural design. We deliver a high-end product that is unlike anything else in the market, incorporating state of the art materials and techniques. We have the ability to take any project from first concept all the way through the design and execution stage. We approach every project with one basic principal, ~ efficiency of spatial design ~, which is a hallmark of modern European architecture.
