Original Floor Joist Table, 3' x 6'
Our Original Floor Joist Table is the first table we designed, and true to its name, is made from 100+ year old Douglas Fir floor joists. All of these joists are full cut lumber, which gives the table a very substantial look.
Each joist we select is de-nailed, planed down and sanded to a perfect finish. We leave the 2 long outer edges rough, only removing very loose pieces before sealing the table to keep the original, rustic look of the wood.
The table is anchored with four 2" x 2" square steel legs with adjustable feet.
We finish each table with 4 coats of a satin finish lacquer to both protect the table, and to draw out all the beautiful grains within the wood. Last, but not least, each table is individually branded with our Florentine Duomo Logo.

Live Edge Table, approx 3' x 8'
There are few, if any, tables that are more dynamic than a live edge slab table. A slab of wood cut vertically from large, old growth trees. No two pieces are same, each one with its own characteristics, shape and tone. The ultimate in organic form.
The nature of these tables is such that we cannot offer exact dimensions, but can get you close to the size you are looking for.
The photos here are from the table we made for our 'Turning a House into a Home' episode on Kitchen Cousins. The approximate dimensions are 36" wide and 96" long. And the wood is a Claro Walnut.
We can also offer this table in Ash, which is a bit lighter and less red in color.
